ISSP September Hours of Operation

Greetings, international students,

I hope the semester is off to a great start for you!

I wanted to let you know about a temporary change in schedule for the Office of International Student Services & Programs (ISSP) hours of operation and availability for in-person visits in our office on the third floor of the Administration Building (AD 307).

For the rest of the month of September, our staff will be working to meet several government deadlines, including the activation of I-20s for new students this fall. This work requires a lot of focus, and in order to meet the deadlines we will need to reserve some time to work exclusively on these tasks.

Consequently, we need to make the following change to our hours of operation from Wednesday, Sept. 15, to Thursday, Sept. 30:

• We will be closed and not available for in-person visits until 1 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and all day on Friday
• We will be open and available for in-person visits Monday to Thursday from 1–5 p.m.

Beginning Friday, Oct. 1, we will return to our regular hours of operation:

• Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 1:30–5 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
